out because I had a Halloween coupon from them. I called and let them know how much I wanted to spend and they were willing to work with me on prices . For the little amount I paid I got incredible service . I usually have to pay extra $20 for pet stains but I didn't have to with them and they did a better job ! They don't bug they come do their work and leave. Very quick and it dries quick . I will be back and recommend them for sure !"

Pure solutions did a fantastic job on our carpets. We had some bad stains from the prior tenant and Joe made it look brand new. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The price was also affordable. I got 3 quotes and he was the cheapest. Chem Dry wanted $200 more and I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have done a better job. I would highly recommend calling Pure Solutions for you carpet and upholstery cleaning.

"Joe did a great job on our couch and it looks great. The ETA was between 9AM and 11AM and he arrived at 9:05AM. He put plenty of moving blankets out for the equipment and didn't make a mess. The work was done very quickly, around 20 minutes for the entire visit. We have two dogs and have had our couch for over 7 years. I highly recommend Pure Solutions."

"I found Pure Solutions on Yelp and after reading their reviews I decided to give them a try. Joe responded to my request for a quote very quickly and was extremely helpful! I had requested quotes from a few other businesses as well and he was by far the most prompt and helpful of them all! I set up an appointment for a free consultation because I needed some repairs done as well as cleaning. Joe was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and beat everyone else's quote. "After Joe came and cleaned our chairs and did such a great job, I knew I'd be using his services again. Upon our moving out from our home in La Mirada, I reached out to Joe using YELP messaging and asked him if he could make it out to La Mirada before the 1st. Of course, he fit us in, even though his previous job was in Lake Elsinore! This house is 2,200 square feet, and most of it is carpet with two flights of stairs. For a very reasonable price, he was able to get the carpets back to brand new condition! 5 years of stains from teenagers completely gone! If you think your carpets need to be replaced, call Joe first, he may be able to work miracles for you too!"

"I loved working with Pure Solutions! The process was easy and fast from start to finish. No phone trees or long call-back process. A real person answered the phone and was able to quote the project and schedule it right then and there for the day I requested. "Thank you Joe! Had a few spots where my pets have ripped up the carpets at door jams when the doors were closed. My carpet is about 12 years old but I am not ready to replace as I have small kids, Joe came out and took a look for free and was honest with me that it would not match completely due o my carpet being worn which makes sense. I had some of the original saved still. He did a great job, at a price that was half of the other three companies I called. You only notice the difference in the carpet if you are looking right at it, better than seeing big holes. He also gave me some quotes on cleaning some couches while he was here and I called him a few weeks later to have that done. Good price for the cleanings and got rid of stains from my kids and odor/hair from my pets. If you need any of these services Joe is the way to go."

"Unfortunately, my dog suffered from some type of food poisoning or perhaps, diarrhea, which resulted in a crazy-stinky-mess in my studio apartment. What made matter worse, 90% of my apartment is carpeted, so you can probably imagine how much of it were covered in poo/urine/vomit stain. Basically, my whole studio looked like a trashed brown and yellow camouflage.
Thankfully, I thought of yelp and found Pure Solutions. I immediately contacted them and was actually surprised at how quick the respond was. Joe phoned me and was immediately set for an appointment in the same week. The day of my appointment came and I totally forgot about it. Good thing Joe called a few minutes before he got to my place. He then got to assessing the stain and offered options. He wasn't at all pushy about his other services, but rather, offered only what I really needed. He even gave me a discount!
The whole cleaning process probably took only about an hour. I didn't even have to do anything, well aside from taking my dog out while he cleans away. After cleaning my carpet, he explained to me some of the reason why a particular spot wasn't 100% removed, which is pretty much understandable. I love the fact that the drying time was quicker than I expected. (But, of course, having my doors/windows open helped.) And based on other yelp reviews, he also does upholstery on furniture and stuff.
Overall, I highly recommend Joe over at Pure Solutions to anyone/family that needs their carpet cleaned. I don't think anyone can offer the same professionalism (and pricing) that Pure Solutions offer. Go check'um out!!"

"I contacted Pure Solutions and other carpet/tile cleaners in my area for an estimate, and Pure Solutions was the only company willing to come to my home without any commitments. From the first conversation I had with Joe He portrayed himself as a professional and very knowledgeable person in his field. After getting other quotes, I determined that Pure Solutions was the most competitive. I was looking to get cleaning done within a matter of days and Joe was able to accommodate my home in his schedule.
The tile in my home was in serious need of TLC and deep cleaning, and that is exactly what they got. I feel much more comfortable in my home knowing that my floors are deep cleaned ! I had some serious stains that I had tried to get out with resolve and similar carpet spotting stuff and they are completely gone. The carpets are only slightly damp and there is no odor. If you still use steamer service, you need to try this. It is so much better. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use him again. “Love this company! Being a landlord myself, when I had to rent a house a couple years back, it was imperative that I leave the home in immaculate condition. I called Pure Solutions and they did an amazing job. For some reason, Eastvale has a black dust that accumulates in the homes. I swiffered almost every day but we still tracked the black dust up the white carpeted stairs. I tried to clean it with my carpet cleaner but I just couldn't get it looking clean. Pure Solutions came out and made it look like new. The owner of the home couldn't believe how great it looked. He even admitted it didn't look that good when he rented it to us.
So today I had this same company come to my new home. I bought a vintage couch and chairs owned by a back-up singer for Elvis. It was really important to have someone I trusted to come out and clean my irreplaceable, 1950's, antiques. Once again, I am elated with the outcome. They look great! “I called a couple of places here in Riverside. Pure Solutions offered me a good price so based off of that and other Yelp reviews I went with them. Joe called to let me know he was on his way and was very friendly. He asked if there were any other things that needed to be cleaned like carpet or rugs. I happened to need a rug cleaned that I had been putting off. I felt the price was good to get that cleaned so I had it done. Joe was not here very long and had the chair and ottoman cleaned and the rug looks great. I would definitely call them again in the future if I need something else cleaned. I like the price, only thing was I was not aware of service charge. It would have been nice to know about that before but either way I am happy and price was still great! Joseph was really nice on the phone (he got me scheduled for the next day!) and he was a total professional when he got here to do the work. He suggested the Degreaser because the pets and my kids made all sorts of weird stains and you could definitely tell where the high traffic areas were. After he got done, carpet looks completely new! I don't think my folks are going to let me or the kids or the dog back in the house.
Bottom line, Joseph gave a really great price for results that would've cost double from the big names. Will use these guys again. Support Local!”
